Ingredients

• • • 3 carrots cut up

    • 3 potatoes cut up

    • 2 lbs chuck or stew meat cut into ½” cubes

    • 1 cup water or beef stock

    • 1 tsp Worcestershire

    • 1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)

    • 1 bay leaf

    • Salt to taste

    • ½ tsp pepper

    • 1 tsp paprika

    • 3 onions quartered

    • 1 stalk celery with tops cut off

Directions

Put all in crock pot as listed. Stir to mix spices.  Cover.  Cook: low 10-12 hours; or  High 5-6 hours
