This recipe requires a dutch oven - any with an oven-safe lid will work, for instance this dutch oven with lid is a good choice.

Ingredients

      • Bread Flour - 430g (~3.5 cups)
      • Water - 390g water (~1.5 cups + 2 tbsp)
      • Salt - 12g salt (~2 tsp)
      • Yeast - 1/4 tsp (use high gluten (bread flour) and not AP for best results)
